I know, the ocean is always salty, but today it tasted especially so. Maybe it was all in my head. The water was so crisp and clean today. Just so wonderfully the Atlantic Ocean. The waves were gentle and inviting. No one nearby at all. I had my section of the beach all to myself. It was totally refreshing to dive under the waves and come up to the surface with that clean salty taste on my lips. It is good to be alive...and to be here....now.
