The museum tours typically include history of the island & the house, insights about daily life on the island, stories about shipwrecks, WWII, hurricanes, the island brogue, and more. Porch talks are almost all directed towards adults. E.g. my talk tomorrow will be about the US Life Saving Service, with an emphasis on one of the most daring rescues ever undertaken to save the lives of 6 sailors on a wrecked schooner. Check the OPS web site often for information about future tours and talks.
