Styrofoam plates ,plastic forks, plastic water bottles, paper napkins, port-o-potties, paper towels, etc.<br /><br />The need to keep cold foods cold and hot foods hot to avoid food borne illness must be a daunting task. Those involved no doubt enjoy the challenge but it seems the remote location.... or did the coast guard fly a helicopter over and drop in the ice, the porti- potty and all the needed amenities then return to remove the trash?
