Since I'm an Ocracoke ca...Hi, and what great news. Since I'm an Ocracoke camper, and bicycle rider, it would be great to have a path or a shoulder to ride on. It's especially scary when the ferry lets out and that sudden flow of traffic comes along. The tow truck driver on Ocracoke and I became "waving friends" last summer as I would take my daily ride.
