Knee-high on Back Road near the Health Center? That's about the spot where my feet went underwater while pedaling around the village after a Thanksgiving-week nor'easter about three years ago. I was surprised to discover that low spot, but it looks as if you folks got hit harder this time. Good luck drying out.
It's like having an Ocracoke native in your pocket!

ReplyDeleteWhat road are the kayakers on?
ReplyDeleteThe kayakers were on Back Road heading toward the Health Center. The water was about knee high in the center of the road.
