The Ocracoke Civic & Business Association has been sponsoring the official Ocracoke Village web site for several years. Recently a number of updates and revisions have been made to the site. If you are unaware of this resource, or if you haven't looked at it recently, please take a moment to peruse the site. I believe there are more revisions being made, and you might want to bookmark the address for future reference. The site includes information about lodging, shopping, restaurants, services, events, and much more. There's even a downloadable village map, and links to island web cams. This is the address:
