Hey, I saw this guy with a shopping moll last week and dang didn't I see someone that looked like those pictured at work on Tour I or was it at the market.

Hard to distinguish between the two at a glance. I think the only true test would be to ask Philip to pronounce the phrase "Harvard Yard."
If it's Whitey, the phrase will sound like:
Hahvahd yahd
And if it's Philip, with his Ocra-brogue, it will should like:
Horverd Yord
