Village Craftsmen Catalog

We at Village Craftsmen would like to thank all of our readers...and on-line customers. As the holidays approach we have seen increased traffic on our web site. If you haven't checked out our on-line catalog recently, or some of our other pages, maybe now is the time to do that. Below are several links to a few pages we hope you will enjoy looking at:

Will you be going on a book signing tour?!! If so, please come to Richmond.

  2. No, no book signing tours. When I first thought about putting down these stories and history in book form I decided that my market was right here on Ocracoke. So I've only made efforts to sell them on the island. Manteo Booksellers has asked for them as well, and I'm happy to send them anywhere (retail or wholesale), but I'm not doing any promotions. But thanks for asking!

Don't sell the magic and lore of Ocracoke short! I think you would do very well off island also.

  4. Thank you again for the kind words. And I'm sure you are right. Ocracoke history and stories will continue to capture the imaginations of people from all over the country. I just don't want to wear myself out traveling from place to place promoting the book. And I'm certain that my primary market will continue to be right here on the island. I couldn't be happier with sales so far (both at island stores and on the internet). With that said, I would be happy to wholesale books to any book sellers who might be interested. If any of our readers know of possible retailers, please refer them to my new web site, http://www.blacksquallbooks.com. They can contact me from there. Within the next month or so I am hoping to add several pages just for retailers. They will include wholesale prices (very agreeable keystone discounts), ordering information, terms, etc.
