Great picture. That covers alot of what I love about the island - lighthouse, wildlife and a beach home I would love to be in.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
one day i visited a real estate open house and found the home filled with an impressive collection of decoys and carved birds. Is there a talented island resident /bird carver/artist hawking his ware on the island that is up in coming / desired
ReplyDeleteAmy, what a fantastic photo! What is it about seagulls? Don't you just love taking tons of pics with these birds in it!!!
ReplyDeleteThe best part, I know exactly where you are! I recognize the house and it's location in relationship to the lighthouse.
I'll be on the island on the 17th and I can't wait! I can see this shot "in person" then! Wow!
William Nathan is the up and coming bird carver. He is definitely become well known as the Ocracoke bird carver.
