I didn't publish on the blog yesterday because I was laid up with a minor back injury. I'm trying to take care of myself so I can participate in the Ocracoke Music and Storytelling Festival this weekend. You can read about this wonderful event here: http://www.ocrafolkfestival.org/
In the meanwhile, here are a couple of photos from a recent outing in my new (old) boat:

Great pictures! Thanks so much for sharing. You 3 look like you are having so much fun. Hope you feel better...all our best, Celeste et. al.
ReplyDeleteFeel better, Philip! Back pain can really be rough.
ReplyDeleteLoved the wonderful pics! What a pretty day...not a cloud in the sky.
All the pics were so full of life, but I particularly loved the one of you catching Lawton in your arms. Amy took a great photo of you two enjoying some quality granddad and grandson time. You all were creating good memories that day.
Hope your back is on the mend.
From a friend whose body is on the NC mainland, but whose heart is on Ocracoke! :)
Oops! Philip, I meant "you and Lachlan were making good granddad and grandson memories". Guess I just had your dad on my mind since he built the boat! You know what I meant!
