Rain

Yesterday and the day before, it rained...and rained. The skies were gray and overcast, the wind picked up Tuesday night, and large puddles have accumulated around the village.

I took this photo Wednesday morning from my pizer. Even on a dreary day Ocracoke village is charming.

    Pouring down rain in Person co, NC, too; however, your view in the rain makes NC Mainlander want to walk down beautiful Howard Street!

    most people avoid walking or driving down muddy uneven pothole streets. from my veranda I have a view of a lush green yard. if i see a patch of raw dirt i thrown down some seem........two worlds apart i suppose
