Stewed Wild Goose.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 lb. salt pork
- 1/4 cup flour
- 8 potatoes, halved
- Corn dumplings or drop pastry dumplings
- Cut-up goose
- Salt & pepper
- Pod of red pepper
